Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account -- such as your name and email address. When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive the profile information your Google account is configured to share. You may also authenticate using email-based one-time code (OTP) verification, in which case only your email address is collected. We also collect operational data generated through your use of the Service, including work orders, vehicle records, and technician activity, as well as usage and performance data used to improve the platform.

02

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and deliver the Service, authenticate your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, and send service-related communications. We analyze usage data in aggregate to improve platform reliability and features. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.

03

Data Storage & Infrastructure

Your data is stored and processed on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. AWS maintains rigorous physical and logical security controls across its global data centers, including certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3, and GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. Falquor leverages these controls as the foundation of our data security posture. For further details, please refer to the AWS Security & Compliance documentation.

04

Google Services

When you sign in using Google OAuth, Falquor receives your name and email address to create or identify your account. We do not receive your Google password. Falquor may also integrate with certain Google APIs (such as Google Calendar) to extend platform functionality. Information accessed via Google APIs is used solely for the purposes disclosed at the time of authorization and in compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy.

05

Third-Party Services

Falquor's frontend is served via Vercel's global edge network. Vercel may collect performance and analytics metadata -- such as page visit data and error reports -- subject to Vercel's own Privacy Policy. We use this data solely to monitor and improve Service reliability. We do not share identifiable personal data with Vercel beyond what is technically necessary to deliver the Service.

06

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption on AWS infrastructure. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized Falquor personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.

07

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data. To submit a data request, please email us at support@falquor.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

* Even after a deletion request is fulfilled, Falquor may retain certain data for a legally-mandated period as required by applicable law -- for example, under GDPR Article 17(3), national tax and accounting regulations, or other statutory obligations. Data retained under these requirements is not used for any other purpose and is securely deleted once the applicable retention period expires.
08

Cookies & Analytics

Falquor uses essential cookies to maintain session state, authentication, and user preferences (e.g. language selection). Disabling essential cookies may affect core Service functionality.

09

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email. The 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
